He's been working on this for quite some time but he actually had it out for it's first run today. Not far just a tester. He says it needs some more fiddling.
It's the same kind of bike that he had as a lad.

Corr that's lovely.I had a Venom in the early 70's, beautiful thing. The Thruxton was the one everyone wanted though.
I had a nasty smash on mine (not my fault: an old dear in a Moggy Minor pulled straight out in front of me. Thank God I was wearing a helmet... they weren't compulsory back then.) I never felt the same way about it after that. I sold it for £135...a fair bit of money back then, but I wonder what they fetch these days?
