I've played two of those...well the 6 string ones. Superb to play, beautiful feeling necks, best vibrato system I've ever encountered...but ugly as sin with poor pickups* and horrendous headstocks.

*Poor pickups in that they are useless to me, not poor as in shit for everything. Clearly they are good for silly music.

    "Silly music"... I ask thee.

Lovely guitars though, you're right. Really, really top-notch. I played a Ball Family Reserve one (one of the REALLY expensive ones) last time I was in Coda in Stevenage. Wonderful.
My name is Connor and I have a GAS problem.

I also have some videos of myself playing guitar. Here they are.

It's just a little bit of a shame when you get a nice thread going about really classic gear, and it ends up being YET ANOTHER discussion of post-metal gear and how rude we are allowed to be to each other.

Anyway - back to the WEM - is it true that early Marshall's ripped off the circuit from the Dominator? What wattage is the Dominator?

I read that somewhere isn't it the 18watter?
The managers of sensational papers ... do not try to educate their readers and make them better, but tend to create perverted tastes and vicious tendencies. The owners of these papers seem to have but one purpose and that seems to be to increase their circulation - Medical Brief Volume 26 1898

Not sure - the one my mate had in the mid-70s was a 15 watt tone monster. I'm pretty it was a mark III and I'm sure he still has it.

I've had a Dominator amp not working at my folk's house for ages. Do you think it is worth spending a bit of time and money on it?
If we keep demanding, "they'll" keep supplying.
