I'm clearing out the majority of my drum gear as I'm currently busy gigging on guitar and bass, so the drums are sitting around unused.

Yes you can! There's a thriving trade on here, just make sure you post in the 'Classifieds' section. Use the Misc sub-forum for drum stuff.
And just a quick word of advice, stuff sells best on here if you add photos and prices for each item.
