    Default Subscription problem

    Hello all!

    I just want to report a problem with my subscription to CM magazine that's been goin' on for a few months now. I live in Greece and i was receiving my issues properly (15 days after UK release date), until this summer. The replies i got to my e-mails were automated responses, nothing more than "we're sorry for the inconvenience" or "we will attend to your problem" and stuff like that (i can copy-paste for anyone interested). 15 days after those replies i would usually receive my issues of CM and in 2 cases the past issue also! Anyway, the last issue i received was 157. Nothing since then, as i was patiently waiting and waiting and waiting...

    I would like to know if there's someone around here that had the same problem with me and if there is a way to solve it. It would also be nice to hear from CM staff !

    I will fwd this to subscription staff.

    FYI the postal system in the UK is broken as its "snowing" - and with christmas n' all - everything is running late - but 15 days is a little silly.

    The problem i described lasts since July-August. I can accept a 15 days delay but it's now more than 2 months since i last received an issue (last one i got is 157).
