Track's nice but it's not downloadable at the moment so can't record anything over the top of it.

You can use Audacity to record anything going through your sound card so just D/L Audacity (free), hit the record button and then play the Em backing track, stopping Audacity after it has finished, then export to finalise.

You can use Goldwave or other similar applications to clean up the intro/outro (snip off the bits you don't want.)

With the correct Codec loaded, Audacity can save to Mp3 if required.
