However I can't just not say anything, in case it saves hassles to fellow forumites.
Forumer Danbane34 and I were involved in a bad transaction in 2009. I bought a Laney LH50 head off of him and never received it, and it took months to get the money returned. His paypal was empty so I couldn't even get my money back through them (he fed me a lot of lies about this).

He's been active in the classifieds recently and he can indeed this post and defend himself if required. I have no more beef with him, I got my money back. But it wouldn't be fair to not say anything and potentially prevent a bad trade.

It is very possible that some of you have had good deals with him, in which case I applaud his renewed trustworthyness.
