Default Recommendations for a practice pad

Decided to start working on some drum rudiments.

Can someone recommend me a decent but affordable practice pad and perhaps a place to buy one from.
    I am in London.

    Thanks guys.

    Wembely drum centre.

Vater practice pads are my favourite, but a practice pad is a practice pad. Just try them out to get one that feels good for you as there are several types.

DIY dude a circle of ply wood and some 2-5mm rubber matt...or use an old throne seat again take out the foam and use a square of rubber matting material nailed to the side job done...it will cost your labour dude no more
