Default FS: Warmoth relic telecaster HOT sound

as you can see from my signature, I'm selling the guitars I don't use. I don't use this one any more as it was built for a band that I no longer play in and a music style I no longer play, it's way to hot/rocking sounding for my style.

It's a Warmoth Alder body, and Warmoth pro telecaster neck, birdseye maple neck, brazillian rosewood board, abolne dot markers (the photos don't show how green they are, I'll try and take better). It has a symore duncan minibucker in the neck position and a bareknuckles "the boss" in the bridge, wired into a 500k pot setup, which makes it a real solid rocker, very hot and grunty. It's had a professional paint and relic paint job, which consits of a red base that has been bled into the wood to darken the wood colour and give it a slight red hue, with a black top coat that has been taken back to the base coat or wood in places.

The neck is unfinished and very very comfy to play, it's a great neck.

This guitar cost well over £1200 with parts, shipping, painting, import, building, setup, etc, and I'm really really pleased how it's turned out.

I won't miss it as I don't play it any more due to not playing that rockier sound any more, however I will miss owning it as it's a real personal build that was lovingly put together.

I'm asking for £550 for it, shipped, or you can come and collect / meet up as I work around.

I'll try to get some better photos of the dots, if you want photos of a specific area of the guitar, just ask and I'll take them.

    any questions please ask.

Doh! That totally looks like my kind of guitar, but I really can't justify another right now, what with my Tele custom still in progress.

Did Warmoth send you the neck directly over? I was looking at their Brazilian Rosewood fretboards but I'm sure I read on the site that they aren't allowed to ship Brazilian Rosewood outside of the USA for conservation reasons or something similar.

yes, it was shipped directly over, well over a year ago now, but I've had other necks with Brazillian rosewood sent over from Warmoth more recently.

They have never stopped me before ?

this along with most of my other guitars appeared to be sold, this one and another one was just a scam/time waster attempt on Gum tree, so this one is back up for sale too.

back to the top for sale, wasn't sure I was going to let this one go, but it's just not used enough so it seems stupid to keep hold of it for sentimental reasons.
