Default TG Question referring to #166

Please Note: This issue has only gone out to subscribers only!

Where was the Arch Enemy TAB? The last 2 issues have said that the next one will have AE in them but there was nothing...

And also can anyone tell me the page where it says whats in the next issue?

And where the "string 'em up" part?

And last thing can TG bring back the (I dont know what its called) but where they advertise people who are looking for band members please

But after all those negatives...I love the new look TG it rocks  and the book from Ed's Shed is real cool

Thanks TG and keep up the good work!!!

Well as many people know, it is hard to get permission to tab certain songs so that is why it says "subject to change".

the new looks is good, but please TG stop with the video lessons, i know its so you dont have to pay licenses and dont have to get permission but they arent as good as written tab.

Thanks for Tush though love that track

Why do you say its only gone out to subscribers only? Are they just testing to see if people like the new look before they unleash it on the general public?

They wouldn't change it before releasing it to the stores! He just means that obviously only people with subscriptions can truly vote how they feel for the new look as the others can't see the mag.

I'm not certain with it at the moment, more adverts, but that's good as it means more profit for the mag and more GAS to look for. Ed's book is pretty funky.

I like the new look. Was disappointed with the tabs, especially after getting my hopes up about Lamb of God and Arch Enemy, but I'm trying not to let that get in the way of my opinions I like how the new look seems more professional and formal, guitar isn't as serious a business as people like to think but it's nice to have it set out in a way that encourages more discipline in the practice. It's all about the little things.

I was being facetious. I have the new issue as I'm a subscriber and was disappointed with the tabs as well no metal except for the John 5 lesson, the free book was good though

It's alright. Good to see some change! But... a FASHION SECTION??? Jeesus... come on guys please who do you think we are? Eh well at least you saved an issue, A7X could also cover Good Charlotte, Aiden and any other bands like that.

Also, RRs are NOT Randy Rhoad's signature models. Just co designed by him. It's just a model. Like the King V is not Crosby's (I think that's his name?) signature model, and the Kelly isn't, erm, Kelly's signature model (true story these, the King V was designed for I think Ratt's guitarist at the time, and the Kelly was co designed by some metal player named Kelly).

The booklet is kinda cool. Obviously, count on the Glaswegian to do stuff like that eh  Sorry but living in Edinburgh, I just had to. The pictures are clear and the book fun to read. Good stuff Ed! Oh some captions got mixed up for the tightening of the output section. There may be others somewhere else, I haven't read it all.

The format looks a bit busy, but that may be because I'm a bit lazy  I'll get my eyes accustomed.

Can I place something in the cool or not section? I nominate Slash at the bottom fo the not cool bit. For a band that works on hype, being a walking cliche and overall being annoying  It seems that's just me though...

Tush was a BRILLIANT idea, thanks a lot!!
