Arse and bugger - still no Guitarist mag

My subscription copy still hasn't arrived (it gets lost about twice every year) and to cap it yourfavouritemagazines.com have installed the phone system from hell. All computerised with a woman's voice which asks you a question, records the answer then plays it back to you - slow or what? Then you get to the end of the questions and the computer says NO - well actually it said "I can't help you" and transferred me to a human being. After a five minute wait listening to the Beatles (I HATE THE BEATLES) I was told it's not out yet (due on 1 September) and the operator scoffed at the thought other people have already got it saying it's due for delivery on 1st September and to call back in a few weeks .... :?

It's not here today and the postie says it's not back at the depot and that the post at this time of year is light so it's probably got lost. I can't be arsed with calling again so I'll cancel the subscription and just buy the mag if I see one and there's something interesting.
