The 'burst' the greatest players

An excellent article, but .....

"Jeff beck had a brief dalliance with Les Paul's in the mid-sixties."

What about his ground breaking 1970's fusion album Blow by blow on which he used his 1958 oxblood colour Les Paul (he thinks it was a burst he had refinished). He also played a Les Paul on the next album Wired .... both albums picture him playing his Les Paul on the cover ... ok not a burst but still a Les Paul ... :lol:

No mention of Lukather either. All the early Toto and session work he did were played on his '59 Burst.
