A funny thing happened to me today!

Sorry Posted in the wrong place! Decided for some reason to go to Andertons today to try out a couple of amp heads. Tried a Blackstar series 1 50 then a cornford roadhouse then a AFD Marshall 100. Whilst I was twiddling one of the guys working in the shop came in and asked if I was into Whitesnake. I said I was and told him I had seen em a good few times over the years and my Mrs had got me tickets to see them down in Bournemouth when they are on tour in a few months. Anyway the guy said ' Oh Doug Aldrich is in the shop somewhere' so I laughed and said oh well when you find him send him over to meet me! Thinking that was the last I would see of him and even less likely the appearance of Mr Aldrich........................
Bugger me! 5 minutes later Doug Aldrich appears at the door of the little sound booth where I was torturing a les paul and the AFD Marshall...............In he comes all smiles and says 'Hey how you doing' and 'woah is that the new Slash amp?' Yes I says and he replies 'whats it like I haven't tried one yet!' I said try it out man and I handed him the les paul and he proceeded to give the AFD some serious stick! I asked him about his amps even gushed that I had a couple of his Suhr pickups in one of my guitars and asked if he had any plans to do any solo stuff..................What a nice guy! Anyway off he went after a little while I sadly took a couple of photos of him with me with my mobile we parted company and that was it! I left Andertons only to see his Bentley stretched limo outside with the reg number JCM800 How cool was that! Oh and I also left with an AFD 100!
