Sunset Limited with Sam L Jackson and Tommy Lee Jones.
    And nobody else.

It reminded me a little of Godot and Mrs Z was very frustrated by the end, but I liked it.
    Food for thought.

The 9th Gate on t'box last night. Not a bad premise, but far too long and not very scary. 5/10
I'm fed up with people joking about dyslexia. It's not big and it's not furry.

The Adjustment Bureau - Was alright but not particularly memorable. Kinda reminded me of A Life Less Ordinary but not as good.

I quite like that - it's a slow mover to be sure, but lots of atmosphere.

plus it makes 2nd hand book dealers look kinda cool and edgy, which can only be a good thing.

Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.

I loved it, but then I loved the first one too. So many little visual and verbal jokes to look out for and a far few mini parodies from other films/shows.

    Cracking fun.

found the murder side of it very unpleasant and very powerfull, but I was annoyed by all the Salvidor Dali stylee Heaven sequences. Allright I get it Mr.SFX Man, you can do CGI but enough is enough!
I watched this movie when it was shown on TV last week. Having read the book I was interested to watch how it translated from book to film and I thought Peter Jackson's movie did the book justice. I too thought the depiction of Heaven was to surreal and CGI orientated ... the book's description of Heaven is so much better.
    Overall, I'd give it 8/10
“Jazz, isn’t that just a series of mistakes disguised as musical composition?”
