@Drum - Im curious as to why, if the packaging was so clearly damaged and had recieved a knock, why did you go ahead and sign for it?
How curious, joining today with one post in my thread.
The package was signed for by my mother while I was at university. Not that that's relevant, as TNT would've still processed the insurance claim on a signed for package, had the claim been started.
