I like those drum sounds btw.

This is really jolly and upbeat and I think one of the great things about pop music is when one is in a good mood then songs like this can enhance it.

It's funny how songs evolve. This one started off coming from a sad place. A friend of mine is studying here, but her partner is on the other side of the world. She was really missing her and struggling with the long distance nature of it all. I've experienced the insecurities and paranoia of long distance relationships, so I was trying to write something that captured those little insecurities. I had the verses for ages, but the chorus was eluding me. Then the chorus came and it was much more positive and sort of from the other person's perspective. It sort of morphed into a more uplifting song!

Well, her singing on the song called "Ophelia" is one of my absolutest all time favourite bits of singing, ever. Never fails to give me goosebumps.

But I'm sure after a build up like that other listeners will just hear it as, "meh"

your singing gets better every tune. Dunno what you've done to the drums but I like the effect on the EZdrummer (thats what it is isnt it?). Predictably I think it needs more bass haha. thinkt it could do with some slightly distorted guitars in the choruses. Not over powering, just ringin out in the background.
