You might be forgiven for thinkin i'm well off...but i'm skint actually! This is gonna be paid off on my credit card..then i have a few weeks to raise the funds by selling my AC30TBX and summat else to make up the money!

GAS in means GAS out. A bit like that pain n pleasure thing in the tv ad.

Its the 3rd time he listed it! I was watching it the first time n ummin n arring whether to get this or not...simply cos i cant afford it and HAVE to sell/sacrifice some of my stuff to pay for it. Obviously my AC30TBX is goin and this one comes back in its place....but I still will have a shortfall of around £400. So in the next day or 3 i'm going to have to look at what I'm prepared to sacrifice for this.

So of the 3 times he listed the amp....

    1st time it bombed.

then I emailed him after a few days and asked if he'd still got it cos he'd not relisted it. So he replied yes and he'll relist it soon...and would end early if i bid! Which he then did...only after 2 days n me not bidding on it he pulled it. I was still in two minds! So I thought my procrastination has cost me this and maybe someone has bought it privately. But turns out he pulls his entire listings over the bank holiday period which I found a bit odd but when I looked sure enough he had no items for sale and relisted weds! Said again if I bid he'd end early and this time I did indeed bid and sure as his word he ended the auction some time later that day. So now tis mine and I now have a £1120 debt I need to find the money for.

    Love.
    It.

I'd love an AC30 but no idea if/when I'll ever be in a position where I need anything remotely that big/loud

Korg have messed around with the AC30's circuit far too much over the years, but from the reviews I've seen, this one seems to be back to the original's spirit and sound. If it's not an improvement on your TBX, I'll go out, buy a hat and eat it.
