Default One, two, or three pedal boards

I'm currently in the process of reconfiguring/simplyfiying my pedal setup.

    I have two main rigs.
    A small Fender Jnr Pro
    and a rack based systems (PSA1/intellifex/Mesa 50/50)

What ever rig I use I generally use the following pedals
Wireless reciever-->TU-2 Tuner --> Boss compressor -->Volume Pedal -->Vox Wah-->Octavia-->Uni vibe (yet to be purchased)--> Tube screamer

For the Fender I usually use the following in addition to the above
Marshal Guvnor-->V-Twin--> Vox Valvetone-->Marshall Chorus-->Boss Trem-->Delay( yet to be purchased)

For the Rack I have a midiMate midicontroller.

    Now the question is.
Do I shove everything on to one Mega board with an A/B switch to switch in the stuff I use for the Fender with the Midi controller on the same board.

Or have two seperate boards, one plugged into the other. And maybe a third board just for the Midi controler

Or Duplicate all the common effects (minus the Valve tone) on the Fender board.

Alternativily I could get rid of all the time based effects on the Fender size and supstiture for an old Yamaha FX550 half rack, effects unit with it's own midi controller.

Too many options. One board would be good, but it would be so bloody heavy.

Two seperate boards. One would, as you say, be massively heavy and also take up a shedload of stage space. At least with two you've got a bit of flexibility.
