Default Classical Guitar does nothing for me.

So, there's this Milos chap on Breakfast telly plugging a classical guitar album.

They keep playing bits and its leaving me cold.

Im I missing something and if so can any of you good folk point me at something that has a bit of feeling to it.

I enjoyed watching it. I'm not a fan of Classical music, but I'm impressed by Milo's guitar technique/skill. I really liked the last piece he played - I don't know what it's called. Not sure if I could listen to classical guitar music for too long, though. I reckon I'd be fed up listening to it after about 30 minutes.

I do like classical guitar as I studied it for a short while but sometimes it can be a bit dull

In recent years I found my iterest swinging to lute music as some of the song are a lot more melodic so to speak

Here is a lovely version of a piece by Alessandro Piccinini

The instrument is a Theorbo (A bass lute so to speak)

I saw this Milos chap on breakfast TV about 6 months ago. I recall he pretty much played the same pieces as they featured this morning, Asturias, Romanza, the same student repertoire stuff that is trotted out over and over again.
I didn't hear much dynamics in his playing, there was nothing there at all that made him stand out as being exeptional, I suspect he's going to be the media friendly, anodyne, inoffensive tartan shirt-wearing-semi-good-looking posterboy for generic classical guitar.

'In recent years I found my iterest swinging to lute music'

    Swinging as in 'dancing'???
