Anyone else have this problem?

Way back in early November, I placed an order with Jack Bennet @ icanplaydrums.com It was for a download. Well, I paid my money, and was able to download some of my order, but was getting an error that "page not found" or something on part of the order. So I made a trouble ticket. Had it marked "low" priority, because I figured no big deal, just a small problem with code on their web site. Well long story short, I now have 3 pages of trouble tickets, all marked CRITICAL, EMERGENCY, or URGENT, and while I still get offers to spend more money, and I still get an automated response from each new trouble ticket along with an offer to spend more money what I do not have is what I paid for in November!
I started playing drums again because I was frustrated at work. Then I got diagnosed with a treatable, but incurable, cancer, and decided I needed to get serious. I have to tell you, my cancer treatment has been easier to deal with than Jack Bennet! My bone marrow biopsy was more pleasant! I have written to him and written to him, trouble tickets are ignored so they are useless, and emails sent to anything @ icanplaydrums.com are returned, even webmaster@ is not a valid email address! If any of you have any ideas what I can do, I am open. I purchased from Jack over a year ago and it was fine, but seems now that it is just a scam. At least I did not get what I paid for, they are getting my complaints, and refuse to contact me.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for letting me vent!

I just heard back from one of his sponsors. He is surprised that there is any problem with anything to do with Jack Bennett, since he knows Jack to be an up and up kind of guy. He will send an email to Jack for me and is sure that will clear things up. This time of year, I am sure it will take a little while, but looks like things will be made good. Glad because Jack always struck me as a good guy.
