    To the OP - I think I found your ad. To be honest, your advert isn't that great. Doesn't really tell you much at all, or give any indiciation as to what you intend on doing. I would suggest re-write your ad.

    My impression is that drummers tend to be less interested in starting up new projects ( especially writing ones)and decent drummers can find established bands/projects to join.So, not something to worry about until everything else is in place.
    Breeding mammals with insects is my personal bugbear.
